CLOCK-IT!

For competitive-exam aspirants

Less searching. More deciding.

CLOCK-IT! brings exams, government jobs and scholarships together, lays them out by date, and shows which eligibility rules your details meet, where more information is needed, and where the rules still need verification.

Invitation-only for now. If you’ve been invited, open the link in your invitation to set your password.

the problem

It never arrives in one place.

An opportunity reaches you in pieces, from different places, on different days. Each piece made sense when it arrived. Together they don’t.

Monday

A forward

A scholarship arrives in a group chat, a few forwards away from whoever posted it. Is it this year’s? Nobody in the group is sure.

Wednesday

The PDF

You find the official notice. The date is on one page, the eligibility rules on another, and the exceptions further down.

Friday

A correction

A corrigendum moves a closing date. The screenshot you saved on Monday is now wrong, and it looks exactly as convincing as before.

Sunday

Still no date

The one you’re really preparing for hasn’t announced anything. You’ll check again tomorrow, and the day after.

You have the information. You don’t have the picture.

  • Every date with its source
  • Changes marked, not hidden
  • Rules you can read
  • Unknown stays unknown
  • Less searching. More deciding.
how it works

Out of your head, onto one line.

Remember that wall? Finding an opportunity is only the start: then come its dates, its rules, and you. CLOCK-IT! pulls the thread straight and works through all three.

01 / 03

Stage 1 of 3: Know what’s out there.

Every piece lands on its date, linked to the official notice it came from. Duplicates merge, a corrected date replaces the old one and is marked, and a missing date stays visibly missing.

On its dateFrom the official noticeDate revised, markedNo date yet: shown, not guessed

02 / 03

Stage 2 of 3: Know where you stand.

Same line, same entries. One by one, each shows where you stand against its eligibility rules, and who has to act: you, when a detail is missing, or us, while we verify the rules.

Your details meet its rulesNeeds a detail from youWe’re still verifying its rulesA rule isn’t met

03 / 03

Stage 3 of 3: Know what matters.

One entry rises: it’s open, it fits your goal, and it closes within 15 days. The insurance entry closes sooner and you meet its rules, but it isn’t one of your goals, so it stays where it is.

what you’ll see

Read one entry.

Every opportunity in CLOCK-IT! is laid out the same way, so you can tell at a glance what is known, what is missing, and who has to act.

  • Final-year students may applyNeeds your graduation year2
  • Age relaxation rulesWe’re still verifying this rule3
  1. 1The date, and where it came from.Every date links to the notice it was read from. When a corrigendum changes it, the change is marked, not quietly replaced.
  2. 2“Needs your detail” means only you know.CLOCK-IT! asks for it once, one question at a time, and only because a rule reads it. You can set any question aside.
  3. 3“Still verifying” means we don’t know yet.Our evidence isn’t good enough to decide that rule, so it says so. It won’t turn our uncertainty into a question for you.
  4. 4No score anywhere. No points, no eligibility percentage, no “chance”. Each rule is shown in plain words, and the conducting body always has the final say.
how it decides

One rule you can read.

What reaches the top of your Home isn’t a score or a recommendation engine. It’s a fixed, published rule, the same for everyone.

Open now, or opening soon

Fits the goals you set

Closes within 15 days

Decide soonsoonest first

Closing soon on its own never lifts anything, and nothing whose rules you don’t meet goes in. Goals decide what is sorted to the top; they never change whether you can apply.

  • It doesn’t guess.Unknown stays unknown. If a date isn’t announced, it says “Not announced yet”.
  • No AI decides.Eligibility and order come from fixed rules, applied the same way every time.
  • No scores. No points and no eligibility percentages. You see the rule behind each answer.
  • It asks only what a rule reads. One question at a time, and you can set any of them aside.

What’s on it today.

ExamEntrance exams

Starting with MBA admission tests: registration windows, exam dates and admit cards.

RecruitmentGovernment and PSU jobs

Recruitment by public-sector banks and financial regulators, with each notice’s dates.

ScholarshipScholarships

Central government scholarship schemes, each linked to its official rules and portal.

Not yet

  • Not every exam, job or scholarship is on it. An opportunity is added only after its official source has been checked.
  • Eligibility rules are verified opportunity by opportunity, so some entries show “We’re still verifying” for now.
  • Reminders and notifications aren’t switched on yet.
  • Accounts are invitation-only while we test it.
questions

Fair questions.

Who is CLOCK-IT! for?

It starts with competitive-exam aspirants in India: MBA admission tests, recruitment by public-sector banks and financial regulators, and central government scholarships. More kinds of opportunities will follow as their sources are checked.

How do I get an account?

Accounts are invitation-only for now. If you’ve been invited, open the link in your invitation to set your password, then sign in. There is no public sign-up yet.

Where do the dates come from?

From official notices and portals. Each date links to the source it was read from, and a changed date is marked as revised. Where no official date exists yet, CLOCK-IT! says “Not announced yet”.

Always confirm on the official site before you apply.

Does it tell me whether I’m eligible?

Where an opportunity’s rules have been verified, it shows, rule by rule, which ones your details meet, which need a detail from you, and which you don’t meet. Where the rules aren’t verified yet, it says so.

It isn’t a guarantee: the conducting body always makes the final decision.

Is an AI deciding any of this?

No. Eligibility comes from rules a person checked against the official notice, and the order on your Home comes from one fixed, published rule. The same details always give the same answer.

How does it decide what to show first?

Anything open now or opening soon that fits the goals you set and closes within 15 days goes into “Decide soon”, soonest first. Closing soon on its own never lifts anything, and nothing is scored.

What does it ask me, and what happens to it?

Only details that a verified rule actually reads, one question at a time. You can set any question aside, change an answer, or clear it. You can delete your account from Settings.

Will it remind me before a deadline?

Not yet. Reminders and notifications aren’t switched on. For now, your Home shows what closes soon each time you open it.

Does it cost anything?

There is nothing to pay in CLOCK-IT! today. It’s invitation-only while we test it, and no pricing has been decided.

Is every exam on it?

No. An opportunity is added only after its official source has been checked, so the list is deliberately smaller than a general job or exam portal. We’d rather be right than long.

Clock it.
